1) Payments must be paid in full within 3 days of order, otherwise the order will be canceled and deposit forfeited without further notification.

2) Actual colors may vary slightly from the photos displayed.

3) Actual measurements may vary between 0.5-2.0 cm from the descriptions.

4) All items are selling at flat rate of RM 25 per piece and is strictly non-negotiable.

5) We are using Kangaroo Service and Pos Laju Malaysia. Delivery date is usually 5 to 7 days from the date of full payment (Applicable to Malaysia only).

6) You may advised to ask all questions prior to buying the items, as any request for refunds due to wrong color, size or quality will not be entertained.

7) All goods are stictly inspected for quality before being dispastched to the buyer and any quality issues that arise thereafter will not be entertained.

2. We do not accept refund or exchange as a result of wrong measurement


❈ During Order ❈
1. Please specify the item’s code, Color and quantity

2. A random color will be chosen if the color is not specifield by the customer

3. We do not accept refund or exchange as a result of wrong color


❈ During Payment ❈
1. We only provide Maybank, Public Bank as our principal banker

2. Please use same bank to transfer payment

3. If you need to use 3rd party bank to make payment, please provide your account holder’s I/C number, transfer amount and date after payment done


❈ After payment ❈
1. Please leave us with a message by HP (017-309 6303), email or MSN – melissa-nls@hotmail.com

2. We will provide the order/tracking no. to you within the same working day
